PSRG-Richardson Academy
The Academy is an initiative of Richardson Oil and Gas (Lagos) and Process Safety and Reliability Group (Houston). The two organisations provide highly successful Training Programmes fashioned to meet the ongoing needs of Human Capital Development in various industries in Nigeria. The Academy has trained over 6,000 professionals in various industries and provides various courses and development programmes on regular and ad- hoc basis.
Participants at these programmes are able to:
- Identify and understand Global best practices
- Examine common problems and challenges in the industry
- Develop sustainable solutions to the problems and challenges
- Deploy lessons learnt and solutions developed at their various organizations.
The academy has experienced facilitators who have proven over time to be seasoned professionals in their respective fields.PSRG-RICHARDSON Academy is equipped with state-of the art Audio-Visual Aids. This modern facility is fully air-conditioned, with stand-by generators. It is strategically located at 18B, Sinari Daranijo Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Our goal is to make PSRG-RICHARDSON Academy a centre of Excellence and Strategic partner in Human Capital Development in the Gulf of Guinea.
